1. Definitions

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context requires otherwise:

Where duplicate accounts are identified, yt888 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and void any balances or winnings accrued across those accounts.

8. Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all sports betting, casino games, live dealer games, slot games, and poker games offered on the yt888 platform:

8.3 Disconnection Policy

11. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits yt888's liability for fraud, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited by applicable law.

12. Responsible Gaming

yt888 is committed to responsible gaming and takes its obligations under its international gaming licence seriously. The following responsible gaming provisions form a binding part of these Terms & Conditions:

1. yt888 strictly enforces a minimum age requirement of 21 years. Any account found to be held by a person under the age of 21 will be closed immediately. Any deposits made by an underage person will be returned and any winnings will be forfeited.

13. Account Closure

13.1 Closure by User

You may close your yt888 account at any time by contacting yt888 support via live chat. Before closure, all pending bets will be settled in accordance with their applicable rules. Any verified remaining balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method following completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

13.2 Closure by yt888

yt888 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including but not limited to circumstances where: you have breached these Terms & Conditions; your account has been identified as a duplicate; fraudulent, money laundering, or criminal activity is suspected; your continued use of the platform poses a risk to yt888, other users, or the integrity of the platform.

13.3 Dormant Accounts

An account is considered dormant if no login activity has been recorded for a continuous period of twelve (12) months. yt888 reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulatory requirements. You will be notified before any inactivity fee is applied.

14. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws applicable under the jurisdiction of yt888's international gaming licence. Any disputes arising from or in connection with these terms or your use of the yt888 platform shall be subject to the dispute resolution procedures set out under that licencing regime.
